Phil Scheider was a lecturer on Dulce Base. Phil Schneider, along with his closest friend, Ron Rummel (and a few others) collaberated on a magazine project called "Alien Digest." After Ron Rummel's death on August 6, 1993, which is still considered disputable, Phil began his lecturing to get out into the open. Phil had been on a lecture tour for two years prior to his own death. He spoke out about government coverups, black projects and UFO phenomena. Phil Schneider died, also considered disputable, on January 10, 1996.
